Commercial mediation
Commercial mediation is a process where a neutral third party (mediator) intervenes between two or more parties involved in a commercial dispute. The goal of this process is to assist the parties in reaching a mutually agreeable solution without resorting to litigation.
Simply put, a mediator helps the parties to:
1- Negotiate: By providing suggestions and solutions to bridge the gap between their positions.
2- Communicate: By creating a safe and neutral environment to express views and concerns.
3- Reach an agreement: By drafting an agreement that meets the interests of all parties.
